    Do you offer any informational resources for your product lines?

    We currently have parts and repair guides for electric wheelchairs, lift chairs, mobility scooters, stair lifts, and vertical platform lifts. To view our informational guides, click here.

    What days are you open for sales?
    A
    We are open 7 days a week from 7am-Midnight EST for phone orders. Online orders, of course, may be placed at any time.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    A
    We accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay with a personal check, certified check, or Pay Pal. If you do choose to pay by personal check, however, we will wait for the bank to clear it before processing and shipping your order.

    What if I need to return my purchase?
    A
    If you are concerned about shipping time for an order you have placed, or your order still has not arrived after the estimated shipping dates provided to you, please contact us and ask to speak with the sales representative with whom you spoke when you placed your order. Their name and contact number will appear on the invoice sheet we send you when your order is processed. If a return is necessary, you will be given a return authorization number. You will need to ship the item back at your own cost, and you may also be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.

    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Most products ship on the next business day after your order is placed. Custom-built items, such as lift chairs with non-standard fabric selections, may take longer. Our sales representatives can provide you with a more accurate estimate of how long your order will take to get to you. If at any point you'd like to follow up with us regarding the status of your order, simply call us and we'll be glad to help you.

    What is the service policy on Pride products?
    A
    All new Pride scooters, power chairs and lift chairs come with in home parts and labor warranty service for the first year. This service is provided by the manufacturer, Pride Mobility. You will be provided a special 800 number through which to contact Pride if your product needs repair or servicing during the first year.
